Finfoot and Tonle sap

The Tonle Sap Lake is a vast inland sea covering ten thousand square kilometres at its peak. The annual ebb and flood of the lake is like the beating heart of Cambodia. As the sun sets and the fishermen return with their catch, cocktails and canapés will be served onboard finfoot beside the lakeshore. Instead of rushing back to Siem Reap for dinner we’d be pleased to arrange a BBQ onboard, returning to town an hour or so late

TOur recently converted fishing boat provides a great platform to experience this little visited part of South East Asia. We can launch our kayaks to discover the flooded forests and explore the floating villages, meeting the families that live there.

To really get away from it all a night on board finfoot at the edge of the Tonle Sap Lake will seem light years away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. Accompanied by birds and fishermen flying home to roost, with magnificent sunsets over the water as your guide/chef prepares a BBQ on board
