SACRED KULEN MOUNTAIN RANGE
Kulen is a chain of hills rising to 400 metres around 50 kilometres (or 1.5 hours) drive from Siem Reap. Flexible 7 – 40 kilometre hikes & mountain bike rides along forest paths. Picnic as above on riverbank with options to upgrade, great for a cool dip. Optional overnight camp.
One-stop in a helicopter safari of the Angkorian cities of Beng Melea, Koh Ker, Preah Vihear & Banteay Chma. Mountain bike ride to Hindu statues (need experience). Directly support conservation of forest with alternative employment for local village and conservation contribution to environmental fund.
